- Collection of current City/County Real Property Taxes
- Collection of utility bills for the Jamestown Board of Public Utilities
- Collection of delinquent City/County/School Real Property Taxes for Chautauqua County
- Collection of Parking Tickets (non-moving violations)
- Collection of retiree insurance premiums
