To secure your preferred date, it’s advisable to call early, especially for weekend dates at the larger pavilions as they tend to fill up quickly. A user fee is required to reserve a pavilion, and payment of this fee must be made within two weeks of making the reservation. The user fee for pavilions is $35.00 for City Residents and $60.00 for Non-City Residents. If you’re interested in reserving one of our pavilions, please contact the Parks & Recreation Office at (716) 483-7523. Alternatively, you can email your request to parks@jamestownny.gov.
Pavilion Rental Request Application
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted in City Parks. Additionally, smoking or using tobacco, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, cannabis, and herbal cigarettes is prohibited in city parks.
Here is a list of our pavilions under the permit system:
Allen Park – Large Pavilion:
When reserving this pavilion, which seats approximately 80-90 people, you also gain access to a small adjacent building equipped with electricity and running water.
Allen Park – Small Pavilion:
This pavilion, seating approximately 30 people, is situated next to the playground and adjacent to the restrooms on the same side of the street. Please note that this pavilion does not have electricity available
Bergman Park:
This pavilion, which seats approximately 80-90 people, comes equipped with electricity for your convenience.
Jackson-Taylor Park – Large Pavilion:
This pavilion boasts a large capacity and is equipped with electricity for added convenience.
Jackson-Taylor – Small Pavilion:
This pavilion accommodates approximately 30-40 people and does not have electricity available.
McCrea Point Park – Boat Landing:
This pavilion comfortably accommodates approximately 40-50 people and does not have access to electricity.
Nordstrom Park:
This pavilion comfortably seats approximately 30 people and does not have access to electricity.
Roseland Park:
When reserving this pavilion, which seats approximately 50-60 people, you also have easy access to the playground and pickleball courts.
