All Right-of-Way (ROW) contractors must obtain a ROW Permit from the Department of Public Works before conducting any work within the City’s ROW. Contractors must adhere to all conditions outlined in the Contractor’s Agreement.
The ROW permit holder is responsible for all work performed under the permit, including any additional contractors operating under the same permit. It is the permit holder’s responsibility to determine if additional permits are required.
