Our History:

1996

Project Crossroads was established as a domestic violence education program focused on community outreach, awareness, and education to promote prevention and early intervention.

2005

Project Crossroads partnered with Family Service of the Chautauqua Region to integrate a dedicated educator and advocate within the Jamestown Police Department, strengthening victim support, advocacy, and access to resources throughout the region.

2024

Recognizing the importance of maintaining this critical role beyond grant funding, the City of Jamestown established a permanent, full-time civil service case manager position to strengthen direct victim advocacy, case management, and notification services.
