ONLINE PAYMENTS

The City of Jamestown now offers customers the ability to pay online via credit card or a personal/business checking account. Online payments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Avoid the lines and pay online!

Online payments require a Convenience Fee. The payment processing company charges a service fee of 2.65% to cardholders who use MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Visa. If you choose to use an eCheck (personal or business checking account) a flat service fee of $1.50 applies.

WALK-IN PAYMENTS

Payments can be made in person at the City Municipal Building, located at 200 East Third Street, Jamestown, New York, 14701. Office hours are from 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

MAIL PAYMENTS

All checks must be made payable to “City Treasurer” and mailed to:
