Online Payments:
The City of Jamestown now offers customers the convenience of paying bills online using either a credit card or a personal/business checking account. Online payment services are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to skip the lines and settle your bills conveniently from anywhere.
Please note that online payments are subject to a Convenience Fee. Cardholders using MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or Visa will incur a service fee of 2.65% imposed by the payment processing company. Alternatively, if you opt to pay using an eCheck (personal or business checking account), a flat service fee of $1.50 will apply.

Walk-In Payments:
Payments can also be made in person at the City Municipal Building, situated at 200 East Third Street, Jamestown, New York, 14701.

All checks must be made payable to “City Treasurer” and mailed to the following address:
