Invitation to Bid:
The Healthy Homes Production Grant (HHP) invites bids for the following described work outlined in the Bid/Spec forms provided below. Bids must be submitted no later than 4:30 P.M. on the specified date indicated on the form.
Bids are open for submission from July 15, 2024 through August 5, 2024.
Any bids received after this deadline will not be considered.
If you wish to submit a bid, please deliver it in person to the Jamestown Department of Development, located on the 4th Floor of the Municipal Building at 200 East Third Street.
The Jamestown Urban Renewal Agency (JURA) reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion. For any inquires or clarifications regarding the work outlined in the bed, please contact the Healthy Homes Project Manager prior to submitting your bid. It is important to note that your bid should encompass all applicable taxes, fees, and permits.
Following the selection of the winning contractor, the Healthy Homes Project Manager will issue a Bid Award Notice to the successful bidder. This notice will include details regarding the date, time, and location of the pre-construction conference, which must be attended before commencing any work. Upon satisfactory completion of the pre-construction conference, the Healthy Homes Project Manager will provide a “Notice to Proceed”, which the selected contractor must duly execute.
