Please note that minutes are not posted until they are reviewed and officially approved at each panel’s subsequent meeting. Detailed minutes are not always kept for subcommittee work session meetings.
How to Access Agendas & Minutes
To access meeting agendas and minutes, please use the link provided in the Helpful Links section. You will be directed to the eCode360 platform, where documents are organized by category, including:
- City Council Voting Sessions
- City Council Work Sessions
- Public Hearing Notices
- Special Meetings – City Council
Agendas and minutes are listed by category and date, with the most recent postings displayed first. Select the meeting date to view the corresponding documents.
Each agenda includes supporting materials such as committee discussion items, resolutions, staff reports, and related documentation. Committee agendas are incorporated into the full City Council meeting agendas.
Committee minutes are maintained separately from City Council Work Session and Voting Session minutes. To access committee minutes, select the individual committee category:
- Housing Committee
- Finance Committee
- Public Safety Committee
- Public Works Committee
Agendas and minutes for boards and commissions are also available on the platform within their respective sections.
