Street Brick Sale

Used Brick Purchasing Agreement

  • All buyers must obtain a Brick Purchasing Agreement from the City of Jamestown.  The permit can be obtained from the Department of Public Works, 145 Steele Street, Jamestown, NY.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-4:30PM.
  • Brick purchase fees:
    • City of Jamestown Residents
      • $0.25 per brick
    • Non-City of Jamestown Residents
      • $0.75 per brick
  • Brick purchases requiring use of City manpower and City equipment for loading purposes shall be set at the rate below as determined by truck size and load capacity.  A two day advance notice for loading brick is required.
    • City of Jamestown Residents
      • 4-8 cubic yard box
        • $250
      • 8-12 cubic yard box
        • $350
      • 10 wheeler (tandem)
        • $550
    • Non-City of Jamestown Residents
      • 4-8 cubic yard box
        • $600
      • 8-12 cubic yard box
        • $800
      • 10 wheeler (tandem)
        • $1200
  • Non-Resident Bulk Rate:
    • Non Resident purchase of 15,000 or more, hand-picked and loaded by purchaser
      • $.50
  • Buyer MUST carry the Brick Purchasing Agreement each time they enter the brickyard.  The agreement expires seven (7) days from date of purchase shown on this sales slip.
  • The brick yard area is available by appointment only.  To set up a time, call 716-483-7545.
  • The brick yard is located off of Fluvanna Ave. (See Map Below).  This is the only location where bricks are to be taken from.
