Right-Of-Way Permit Policy
- All Right-Of-Way(ROW) contractors shall procure a ROW Permit from the Department of Public Works prior to performing any work within the City’s ROW and shall comply with all the conditions stated in the Contractor’s Agreement.
- The ROW permit holder shall be liable for the work of additional ROW contractors working under the same permit.
- It is the ROW permit holder’s responsibility to verify the need for additional permits.
