Mission Statement
JURA is a multi-faceted organization that performs a series of legally-mandated functions on behalf of the City of Jamestown through an annual ‘Contract for Services’ which include, but are by no means limited to, planning; zoning; code enforcement (residential and commercial); administration of Federal, State, and philanthropic grants; processing grant applications for City endeavors; coordination of neighborhood and housing rehabilitation initiatives; marketing of commercial and residential properties; and administration of the City’s revolving loan program.
