PURPOSE | To encourage technologically based businesses to development/relocate in the Downtown Central Business District. Eligible program expenses include property acquisition, renovations, advanced office equipment, high-speed Internet hookups, etc. |

Citywide Commercial/Industrial Fire Safety Upgrade Loan Program
PURPOSE | To provide for upgrades to existing non-compliant sprinkler systems, standpipes and alarm systems in high density Central Business District commercial buildings and in existing industrial buildings citywide |
